Our standard delivery charge on small items shipped within mainland UK is free. There may be a charge for express delivery service on certain products and this charge will be shown at the checkout stage when ordering online.
 
Placing Your Order is simple. All our products are shown on our website and after deciding what you wish to purchase there are several ways of ordering. The simplest is online where you simply add the product to the cart and then follow the ordering process where you will need to enter your name and address, select your payment method which can be credit card, debit card via our secure server, Paypal or cheque. Once you have completed the order process you will receive your order confirmation by email and your goods will be dispatched.

Please note whilst most items are in stock, some of them are shipped direct from our suppliers and where items are bulky delivery might take slightly longer. You will however be notified of any delays. Also as we try and keep our website up to date, as we do sell on other shopping platforms there may be times where a certain product may be out of stock or no longer available. Due to any unforeseen circumstances your order will be cancelled and no payment taken.
 
Warranties. All our products are brand new and supplied with full manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated. Timepieces Direct will assist you with your warranty claim if needed within the first year. Should your product have a warranty longer than one year then the customer will have to deal with the warranty claim direct in accordance with the warranty card as after the first year Timepieces Direct accepts no responsibility for any warranty claims. Upon receipt of your goods please check any warranty details enclosed. Should you experience any problems with you goods you may contact the phone number on the warranty card or alternatively ourselves on the above phone number.

Unwanted Goods We comply with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and should your product (not including any other products that have been specially ordered) be unsuitable you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase, providing it is unused. If you wish to return your product you must write to us, fax us or email clearly stating you full details and invoice number. You must notify us within the 14 working days starting from the day you take delivery. You will then be given a returns number and the product must be returned at your own expense by either recorded delivery or courier. Goods must be returned in brand new condition and in the exact same condition as sold. If they are not then they will be returned back to the sender.

Please note Large Grandfather Clocks and Bar Furniture are specialised products and as they are ordered direct from the factory carriage charges are incurred and installation in some cases. These costs are service charges included in the sales prices and therefore makes the item non refundable. Please beware before placing your order as under the Sales of Goods Act we are classing these items as bespoke items. Should you have any doubts about these products please do contact us before purchasing.

Any refunds will be be made within 30 days of receipt of your returned item. We reserve the right not to refund and return should the item not be in the same condition as sold if the item has been worn or used. Items returned back in damaged packaging or packaging not reusable will incur a restocking fee of 20%.
