The Howard Miller Oscar Wall Clock features an aged silver-finished, rectangular metal fram with a bold, aged silver-finished numeral ring.

The clock dial features raised bar-style hour markers, aged silver-finished hour and minute hands and a blackened steel finished centre. The clock also features a matching swinging pendulum.

The clock’s quartz movement makes a soft ticking noise without the use of chimes for a quieter environment.

The clock operates on a Quartz battery-operated movement that uses two AA sized batteries which are included.
